How to use

Add a few drops to a diffuser, aroma lamp or humidifier and let the scent evaporate slowly into the room air. You can also mix 1 dl of water with 20 drops of oil in a spray bottle and spray it into the air or onto textiles. For the sauna, add 1–2 drops to a scoopful of water and throw it on the stove. For a cooling foot bath, add 1 dl of Epsom salt and 3–5 drops of oil to a bowl of warm water and relax your feet for 10–15 minutes.
