Order confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The order confirmation includes the ordered products, order total and shipping costs.
Order confirmations are sent from customerservice@sees.fi.
Please check that your contact details, shipping address and ordered products are correct. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@sees.fi.
Shipping countries
We ship orders to Finland, EU countries, the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.
Available shipping methods and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain countries, regions or addresses where delivery is not available or cannot be arranged on reasonable terms.
Shipping and handling costs
Shipping costs include postage and packaging costs.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed. The final shipping cost depends on the delivery destination, selected shipping method and, where applicable, the size and weight of the order.
We reserve the right to change shipping prices.
Shipping rates
Finland and Åland
We offer free home delivery for orders of €80 or more within Finland and Åland.
For orders under €80, the following home delivery rates apply:
Matkahuolto Home Delivery: €13.90
Posti Home Delivery: €13.90

European Union
We ship to selected EU countries. Available shipping methods and final shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
For orders up to 3 kg, standard home delivery rates within the EU typically range from €13.90 to €24.90 depending on the destination country.
DHL Express is available to selected EU countries for €49.90 for orders up to 3 kg.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard home delivery: approximately 3–8 business days, depending on the destination country.
DHL Express: approximately 1–2 business days.
Additional carrier-calculated delivery options may be available at checkout.
Selected European countries outside the EU
We ship to selected European countries outside the EU, including the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Iceland, Monaco and Serbia.
For orders up to 3 kg, home delivery rates typically range from €39.90 to €69.90 depending on the destination country.
DHL Express is available to selected non-EU European countries from €49.90 to €69.90 for orders up to 3 kg.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard home delivery: approximately 3–8 business days, depending on the destination country.
DHL Express: approximately 1–2 business days.

Rest of the world
We ship to selected international destinations outside Europe.
For orders up to 3 kg, DHL Express rates typically range from €59.90 to €79.90 depending on the destination country.

Delivery times
Orders are processed and shipped on business days.
For products available from stock, the usual delivery time in Finland is approximately 1–3 business days.
For made-to-order, pre-order or temporarily unavailable products, the delivery time is usually approximately 1–3 weeks, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination country, delivery method and customs processing where applicable.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Delivery methods
Available delivery methods are shown at checkout.
Depending on the destination and selected delivery method, orders may be delivered to a pickup point, parcel locker, post office, business address or home address.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, we may charge reasonable additional costs for reshipping or handling the returned parcel.
Uncollected parcels
Please collect your parcel within the time specified by the delivery company.
Failure to collect a parcel is not considered a valid cancellation notice.
If an uncollected parcel is returned to us, we may contact you to clarify whether you wish to cancel the order or have it resent. Any cancellation, refund or reshipping will be handled in accordance with our Return Policy and applicable law.
We may deduct reasonable costs caused by an uncollected parcel from the refund where permitted by applicable law.
Damaged, missing or incorrect deliveries
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If the parcel has been visibly damaged during transport, please report the damage to the delivery company as soon as possible.
If your order is damaged, missing, incomplete or incorrect, contact us immediately at customerservice@sees.fi.
Please include your name, order number, description of the issue and, where possible, photos of the damaged parcel or product.
Claims concerning damaged, defective, missing or incorrect products are handled in accordance with our Return Policy and applicable consumer protection law.
Customs, duties and import taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees or other local charges.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless expressly stated at checkout.
SEES is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Returns
Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return Policy.
