Delivery methods
SEES orders are shipped from Finland. We deliver worldwide to most countries, with available delivery methods, prices and estimated delivery times shown at checkout before you place your order.
We offer reliable worldwide deliveries with international carriers such as GLS, DHL and UPS, supported by local delivery partners in Finland. Depending on the destination, your order can be delivered to a pick-up point or as home delivery.
Available delivery methods may vary depending on the delivery country, delivery address, parcel size, weight and selected delivery method. Not all delivery methods are available for all countries or addresses.
Delivery may not be available to some countries or regions due to carrier limitations, sanctions, local restrictions or exceptional circumstances.
Delivery in Finland
We offer free standard delivery for orders over €80 within Finland.
For orders under €80, the current delivery prices are:

Delivery to EU countries
We deliver to EU countries. Free delivery is currently available only within Finland.
Pick-up point delivery is available to selected EU countries. Home delivery options may include GLS Home Delivery, DHL Express and UPS Express Saver, depending on the destination country and delivery address.

The minimum order value for deliveries to the United Kingdom is €180.

Parcel size and weight limits
Some delivery methods are available only for parcels within specific size and weight limits. Express and international delivery options may have a maximum parcel weight of 3 kg. If a delivery method is not available for your order, it will not be shown at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are processed and shipped on business days.
Products available from stock are usually delivered within the estimated timeframes above. If a product is made to order, temporarily unavailable or a pre-order product, the delivery time may be longer. In such cases, the estimated delivery time is usually 1–3 weeks unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
If your order contains products with different availability or delivery times, the order is usually shipped when all products are ready, unless otherwise agreed or stated.
Order confirmation and tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The confirmation includes your ordered products, order total and shipping cost.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email and/or SMS, depending on the selected delivery method. The notification includes tracking information when tracking is available.
The carrier responsible for your shipment is shown in the shipping notification.

Returns and uncollected parcels
If you wish to return an order, please contact us first at customerservice@sees.fi.
Please note that simply returning a product or not collecting a parcel is not considered a valid cancellation notice.
Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Return Policy.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
Please inspect your order when you receive it.
If your parcel has been damaged during transport, or if your order is incorrect, incomplete or missing, contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@sees.fi.
Please include your order number and, where possible, photos of the damaged parcel or product.
