We want you to be satisfied with your SEES order. If you wish to return a product or cancel your order, please contact us first at customerservice@sees.fi.
Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Finnish consumer protection legislation and applicable EU rules.
The 14-day withdrawal period begins when you, or a person designated by you, have received the order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly within 14 days of receiving the order. You can contact us by email at customerservice@sees.fi. Please include your name, order number and contact details, and state clearly that you wish to cancel or return the order.
Simply returning the product or not collecting the parcel is not considered a valid cancellation notice.
After notifying us of the cancellation, you must return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

We do not generally accept returns if the cancellation notice has not been made within 14 days of receiving the order, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Return shipping costs
If you cancel an order or return a product that is not defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We do not refund return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, a damaged product or an incorrect delivery.
If the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or if we have sent you the wrong product, we will handle the matter separately and cover reasonable return or replacement costs where applicable.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If the product is defective, damaged, missing, or if you have received the wrong product, contact us immediately at customerservice@sees.fi.
Claims concerning defective, damaged or incorrect products must be made within a reasonable time after discovering the issue. We recommend contacting us no later than 14 days after receiving the order.
If the parcel has been visibly damaged during transport, please also file a complaint with the delivery company as soon as possible.
Non-returnable products
For hygiene and product safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics, personal care products, home care products and similar sealed products cannot be returned if the seal or packaging has been opened.
We also cannot accept returns of:
Products that have been used, opened or damaged after delivery
Products that are not in resalable condition
Custom-made or personalised products
Gift cards
Products that cannot be returned for hygiene, health protection or product safety reasons under applicable law
Sale items can be returned if they otherwise meet the return conditions above, unless the product was clearly sold as non-returnable where permitted by law. Statutory rights concerning defective products are not affected.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us first at customerservice@sees.fi.
The fastest way to get the product you want is usually to return the original product in accordance with this Return Policy and place a new order.
Refunds
If you cancel your order in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided proof that you have sent the products back, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, card issuer or payment service provider to process and post the refund.
